All of our Meats are raised on Clean Pastures with no pesticide, synthetic fertilizer, or herbicide use. NO supplemental grain or feed is fed to livestock. Grass Fed Grass Finished. NO Hormones, NO Steroids, NO Antibiotics, NO Chemical Wormers.

Order a Whole or Half for the freezer or to share with family and friends. Poultry is exclusively pasture raised so this is by availability. Feet and neck bones are usually the first to go.

BEEF: Pasture raised on untreated pastures. NO supplemental Grain or Feed is fed. Grass Fed Grass Finished. There is a $75 processing fee which includes labeling and vacuum sealed. Weight can vary between 250 to 450 Lbs on hanging weight. Cost / pound is determined on hanging weight. $6/pound on hanging weight for Whole Cow and $6.25/pound on
hanging weight for half cow. A non-refundable deposit of $250 – $500 is due at time of ordering. Your deposit will be applied and balance is due at time hanging weight is determined. Can take up to 4 weeks based on availability in our pastures. We will contact you after as soon as we process to schedule cooler drop off and pick up. A Cut sheet will be emailed for your cut specifications. We will help you with this if you are unsure. Please let us know if you want OWFAL (bones -organ meats)

Weight can vary between 200 to 300 Lbs on hanging weight. Cost / pound is determined on hanging weight. $6/pound on hanging weight for whole hog and $6.25/pound on hanging weight for half of a hog. A non-refundable deposit of $150 – $300 is due at time of ordering. Your deposit will be applied and balance is due at time hanging weight is determined.
