CHRISTINA DEVICTOR
PRESIDENTChristina is a longtime Roswell resident, small-business owner, and collaborative leader dedicated to strengthening the Roswell Farmers Market as a community asset. Over the past year, she has led the Market through significant renewal—including renaming, rebranding, relocating, and restructuring—while rebuilding a strong partnership with the City of Roswell and expanding support for both vendors and customers. With a background in creative fields such as photography, marketing, and brand development, Christina brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to organizational leadership and community engagement. She looks forward to continuing this momentum and stewarding the Market’s growth with shared vision, transparency, and hospitality.
MICHAELA MILLER
VICE PRESIDENTMichaela brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership and volunteer experience. Since 2018, she has worked professionally as a vendor manager for a Fortune 50 company, gaining hands-on experience in vendor relationships, contracts, logistics, and day-to-day operational planning. Over the past year serving on the Roswell Farmers Market Board, Michaela has worked closely with Christina to help shape and carry forward the vision of the Market, strengthening vendor quality, improving organization and processes, and creating a welcoming, vibrant experience for the community. A Roswell resident since 2017 and a parent raising her family here, she is deeply invested in the long-term success and sustainability of RFM.
MK MCCOY
Mary Katherine is a longtime Roswell resident who has built and rooted her career in the city. Her background spans marketing, customer service, and communications across both the private and public sectors. She served on the 2025 Board and previously participated in the Roswell Farmers Market on the vendor side. With extensive experience providing administrative support throughout her career, Mary Katherine brings strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and an ability to identify and address structural gaps.
SECRETARYALINA MENCIAS
Alina brings deep experience in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and mission-driven leadership to her candidacy for Treasurer of the Roswell Farmers Market Board. She currently serves as a Go-To-Market Strategist at UPS, supporting commercial strategy and growth initiatives within the healthcare and life sciences sector, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and long-term sustainability. Previously, Alina was Program Manager for the Start:ME Accelerator at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where she oversaw budgeting, grant funding, financial planning, and operations across multiple cohorts, managing resources for hundreds of small business owners and volunteers. A Roswell resident with extensive nonprofit board experience, Alina is deeply committed to advancing equitable access to community resources and ensuring strong financial governance for organizations that strengthen local communities.
TREASURERAMY GATES STROUD
Amy brings over 15 years of experience as an executive for local and national nonprofits. She holds a PhD in Public Policy with a concentration in nonprofit management and offers valuable technical knowledge alongside extensive leadership experience. Amy has lived in Roswell for 10 years and serves on multiple nonprofit boards within the City of Roswell. During the Market’s inaugural season, she volunteered extensively—staffing the information tent, assisting with setup and breakdown, reviewing organizational documents, and acting as an advocate and ambassador for the Roswell Farmers Market within the local and regional community. Amy is dedicated, hardworking, and committed to the continued reimagining of the Market as a community gathering place.
COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVESAMUEL BLACKSTONE
Samuel brings an analytical yet open-minded approach to board service and values accountability and follow-through in all commitments. He is direct, clear, and honest in his communication style. Samuel holds degrees in Political Science and Journalism from Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude, and spent over a decade as an award-winning journalist covering local, state, national, and international government and investigative reporting. While he has not previously served on a board, he has extensive experience participating in government and policy meetings. In 2021, Samuel founded Mindfull Mycology, which he now operates full-time. Through this work, he regularly applies systems engineering, process optimization, analytical reasoning, and research—skills he believes translate well to board service and can be broadly applied to support the Market’s operations and growth.
GROWER REPRESENTATIVEKaren brings a strong background in public health research and community food systems, with a focus on improving access to healthy foods and addressing food insecurity. She holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a PhD in Nutrition and Health Sciences from Emory University. Karen spent seven years at the Centers for Disease Control and three years as faculty at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health. She offers experience in policy development, program design, and stakeholder engagement and is passionate about connecting local agriculture to community health. Karen sees opportunities to help transform the Roswell Farmers Market into a vibrant community hub modeled after the Athens Farmers Market, support a Food Is Medicine “Farmacy” initiative, reduce food waste through produce recovery, strengthen partnerships with North Fulton Community Charities, and build educational connections with local schools. She is committed to ensuring that farmers, artisans, and vendors are supported and represented.

Jessie has been an active volunteer with the Roswell Farmers Market and has enjoyed witnessing the Market’s renewed momentum and the joy it brings to both the community and vendors. Her professional background in mental health has equipped her to navigate changing situations with calmness and flexibility while bringing people together in a grounded, supportive way. Through her work with individuals, groups, and retreats, Jessie has developed strong skills in listening, adapting, staying steady under pressure, and guiding groups toward solution-focused outcomes. These skills extend to organizing experiences with many moving parts and keeping operations running smoothly. As a mother of two, she is experienced in balancing multiple responsibilities while remaining focused and composed. Jessie communicates directly, addresses challenges as they arise, and enjoys finding practical solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.
COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVEJESSIE HENRY
Cecilia brings extensive experience working with the Roswell community through the Farmers Market and various local nonprofits, along with a strong commitment to ensuring the Market’s long-term success. She is dependable, community-minded, and eager to support continued growth and operational stability. Cecilia hopes to help the Board strengthen sustainability through clearer systems, the eventual addition of staff support, and expanded access initiatives such as SNAP benefits.
COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVECECILIA FLY
Holly has been a Roswell resident for the past decade and brings experience in event management, operations, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. Her background with Table & Main and Osteria Mattone included scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and customer-facing communications. She now co-owns Springfield BBQ Co. and also works as an Executive Assistant and Travel Advisor, highlighting her strengths in organization, planning, marketing, and relationship-building. Holly offers valuable expertise in scheduling, vendor support, community partnerships, and outreach—key areas aligned with vendor representation.
VENDOR REPRESENTATIVEHOLLY SPRINGFIELD
A Roswell resident since 1998, Tony is the co-founder of Medlytix, LLC, a locally based healthcare technology company established in 2006. He and his wife also operate Martin’s Garden, a community-focused farm founded in 2015 to support farmers and local charitable initiatives. Tony has served on several community boards, including the Roswell Arts Foundation advisory board, and brings a deep commitment to giving back, strengthening local connections, and supporting mission-driven work. His long-standing roots in Roswell, leadership experience, and passion for community engagement make him a strong representative of local stakeholders.

MIKE DORAZIL
Mike brings a strong foundation in leadership, account management, and entrepreneurship to his candidacy for Vendor Representative. As a business owner, he offers insight into trends, strategic thinking, and forward-looking vision to help the Market continue evolving. With a background in running and nutrition, Mike is interested in helping launch fitness-oriented initiatives at the Market, such as a walking or running club or training programs for local races. Through West + Peak’s deep community connections, he also sees opportunities to identify new vendors, strengthen partnerships, and create off-site Roswell Farmers Market activations to expand visibility and engagement.
